To let myself feel upset instead of scrolling it away. To give my mind time to think again, work through solutions instead of being told solutions. At the end of good days, I try to summarize what I did that day. Who I hung out with, how long, what i accomplished. I gave my sensory input a break.

Now I enjoy it, I don't feel an urge to immediately turn on bluesky. I love the feeling of thinking. ...It really is That Damn Phone.
