Anything we lose now will be years if not decades to get back so we can give no ground at all, and the GOP's stated goal is to exterminate us and they will never stop no matter what concessions you make. So we are defensive about our health care (which is NOT optional fuck you)

We are defensive about being allowed to exist as ourselves in society which means bathrooms, it means IDs, and yes it means sports. We made progress on these and it was not a societal problem, the reason it's been rolled back is an astroturfed campaign by bigots
