I saw an ad yesterday claiming that 11,000 people have moved from Illinois to Indiana due to cost of living. That's.... not that many people? 12.8 million people live in Illinois. That's less than a tenth of a percent of our population. And how many people have moved out of Indiana cause it sucks?
