I'm assuming it'll go to shit, yeah. Because as we've already witnessed, even if it goes fine at the lower courts they can just punt it up until they can get it in front of a Supreme Court that is very sympathetic to transphobes and who can apparently just overrule anything they don't like 🤷‍♀️
