Patrick Stewart was my neighbor 3 doors away from the apt I lived in Brooklyn for 18 years. That’s how I knew him, did small neighborly things for each other, caught each other in pajamas in the street. He was so wonderful & fit right in. My deepest condolences to his wife Sunny, a gem of a person.
Show PostThe last time can recall seeing him he was leaving for LA to work on Picard. Never bothered him with my life, but finally came up I had become a film & tv writer. He urged me to always try & tell stories about how unjust our world had become, that it was important & necessary. I took that to heart.
